How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our payment provider, Paddle, at paddle.net or email our support team at quantumapps123@gmail.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Refund period

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date or renewal date. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, this 30-day refund policy applies.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
