These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Quantum Calm, operated by The Nurse Healer LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Seller

You are contracting with The Nurse Healer LLC, the seller of the Quantum Calm meditation, mantra, and chakra practice application.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

3. Misuse

You may not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use;
• spam, harassment, or abuse of other users;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• interference with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of access controls.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the service, including software, visualizations, audio, branding, documentation, and content we provide. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal wellness and meditation purposes within the scope of your selected plan.

5. Service level

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may affect availability.

6. Payments, subscriptions and trials

Payments and subscriptions are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Subscription terms, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Plans may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and payment will be charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. AI-generated conversations

The “Higher Self” and “Inner Child” features use artificial intelligence to generate reflective, supportive messages. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs. Outputs are for general wellness and self-reflection only; they are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on them for regulated professional advice. We reserve the right to moderate, refuse, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You retain rights to content you input, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Repeated misuse of AI features may result in suspension.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
